Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina,
Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West
Virginia and Wisconsin.
Additionally,
We will
facilitate transfers of any membership in the U.S. and all international
transfers, except those located in Africa.
Our

manner in which we handle each and every resort closing.
